Preamble
You may purchase tickets or vouchers for events organized by Organizers, as well as associated products or services, on websites hosted by Mapado SAS. In this capacity, Mapado SAS acts as the publisher of the online ticketing software on behalf of and for the Organizers.
Consequently, these terms of sale apply solely to the sale of tickets and products, and in no case to the event itself. Participation in the event may require compliance with specific conditions or house rules set by the Organizers or the event venues (e.g., prohibition of filming or photography, prohibition of bringing outside food, security pat-downs or searches upon entry, video surveillance, consent to the broadcast of customer images during filming or television rebroadcasts, etc.). Specific complementary terms of sale may also exist (allowing for more flexible exchanges or refunds, for example). All such specific conditions or regulations are available directly from the relevant venues and Organizers (on their website and/or on-site). Access to the event may be refused to any person who refuses to comply with these conditions or regulations.
As Mapado is only the website host and ticketing software publisher, the Organizers remain solely and fully responsible for:
- Information regarding the availability of tickets or vouchers (Mapado only informs customers in real time of availability based on the settings provided by the Organizers to Mapado)
- The exchange of vouchers for tickets/products/services on-site, where applicable
- The conduct of the events
The customer declares having read and accepted these general terms of sale before placing their order. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these general terms of sale.
